Where is your operation bleeding margin right now?
Hidden throughput constraints, redundant process layers, and misaligned org structures are expensive. We find them and fix them.
Operations Consulting
Hidden throughput constraints, redundant process layers, and misaligned org structures are expensive. We find them and fix them.
Operational engagements at Pixelllumen begin with a process audit: we shadow your teams, map every handoff, and measure cycle times at each stage. Within the first three weeks we produce a constraint map — a visual diagram of exactly where work piles up, where decisions stall, and where capacity is being burned on low-value activity. From there we design the fix: restructured workflows, revised KPI sets, and where relevant, a simplified org chart. We don't implement software for its own sake — if your problem can be solved with a better process and a clearer accountability matrix, that's what we build. Engagements typically run six to sixteen weeks depending on operational complexity.
Each item below is a working tool, not a slide — your team uses it after we leave.
A visual end-to-end map of your core workflows with bottlenecks highlighted, cycle times annotated, and improvement potential quantified in hours per week or RM per month.
Three to seven metrics per function — the ones that actually predict outcomes rather than report history. Calibrated to your reporting cadence and linked to your P&L line items.
Where role overlap or unclear accountability is the root cause of execution failure, we redesign the structure: clear spans of control, explicit decision rights, and a transition plan your HR team can execute.
No. We work alongside your team in observation mode for the first phase, then introduce changes in a controlled sequence. There's no big-bang cutover unless you have a specific reason for one. Most of our clients notice no disruption to their day-to-day during the audit phase.
Companies between 30 and 300 employees, usually with revenues of RM 8 million to RM 60 million, get the most leverage. Below that threshold, the overhead of a formal engagement is disproportionate. Above it, complexity often requires a more specialised sector focus than we provide.
We'll flag if a technology gap is contributing to your constraint, but we don't receive referral fees from any platform and we don't implement software directly. Our recommendations are vendor-neutral and come with a requirements brief your IT team or a system integrator can act on.
We agree on two or three outcome metrics at the start — typically cycle time reduction, cost per unit of output, or throughput volume. We track these throughout the engagement and report against baseline at the close. If we haven't moved the agreed metrics, we'll tell you why and what we'd do differently.
Our fulfilment cycle had grown from three days to nine over two years as we scaled. Pixelllumen found three process layers we'd added without removing anything. Four weeks after their recommendations were implemented, we were back to four days. The margin improvement showed up in the same month.
